- Growth
- Deeper life

- Greater faith

- A fresh revelation to live by
- Moving forward, upward and onward
- Renewed hunger for God’s will in your life
- Going where you have never gone before
No matter what you may call it, there is always more. Increase, growth and expansion are part of God's plan.
Have you considered that so many things can get in the way of this open and expansive life we are called to live? There is resistance to moving up. It is always easier to move down, or around hoping things will get better. Unfortunately, many have found that going the way of least resistance leads to the lowest common, mundane survivalist life style. It doesn't take any effort to drift. Worse, we could spend a great deal of strength wandering in a maze of demands, desires, and discontentment only to needlessly tire ourselves out for no gain.
We can get tired, frustrated, fed-up and hung-up. We can be beat down, depressed
and pressed beyond reasonable expectations by life experiences and personal problems. We can become distracted by the urgency of need, the temptation of want, and the enjoyment and maintenance of this world's possessions. These are common experiences.
The question is, "Are we going to let these things define our life, set our borders, determine our expectations, or establish us within their limitations?" Hopefully not.
- Get honest, and confess your true state of heart. God works with honesty. Have you made Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior? Have you confessed any sins that are besetting you and truly repented?
- Be real. Are you growing, or just groaning as you go through the motions of Christian living? If you aren’t growing, say so.
- Renew your desire and commitment to spiritual growth in your relationship with the Lord in prayer. Fight for growth!
- Get back to the basics. Shake yourself loose from the other things that have caught your attention. Do the basics that provide a good growth solution for you life: Read and apply the Word; devote yourself to prayer; worship the Lord with other believers; be a giver.
- Get rid of any counter-productive activities and mind sets that the Lord reveals are unfruitful, conforming your thoughts and life-style in harmony with the will of the Lord. Give yourself every advantage in your upward call.
- Seek God and the fulfillment of His promises. He is the author and the finisher of your faith. By actively seeking Him, you will be inviting the Lord to be involved in your life in a greater and more active way. The new growth will follow as you respond to Him.
- Stay close with other Christians who are growing and increasing in their relationship with God and in their lives. Let them encourage you, provoke you to good works, hold you accountable, inspire you and stretch you.
- Read good books that can instruct and inspire your spiritual growth.
- Sincerely ask God for the infilling of His Holy Spirit, and for the blessing of being able to pray in tongues as the Spirit gives them to you. Pray in tongues as part of your prayer life, after you are graced to do so. Being able to pray in an unknown tongue is a tremendous blessing and gift from God that is given to all believers who ask. We build ourselves up in the Lord and are partaking of the spiritual advantage afforded us when we pray in the spirit. We are established and increased through the power of the Lord.
- Testify to others. When the Lord works in through your life, tell others what great things He has done for you. In this way you establish your witness and encourage others to grow with you.

Ephesians 4:13-15
...till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ—
