A time to get together with God, and each other as believers for:

S - Seeking the Lord and all His fullness
O - Offering ourselves to Him in praise and worship
A - Advancing the presence and purpose of the Kingdom of God
K - Kicking down the walls of opposition to the will of God
E - Exciting our faith to new levels and new works
R - Resting in the love of God

Anyone can do this if we take the time.  The value of it is amazing.  May we all be inspired to take more time to soak in the presence of the Lord as part of our devotions to Him.  Find a way that works and lets go there often.
