Darryl and Martha

Hello, and blessings in Jesus' wonderful name! We are delighted you found us here online. Our real home and principal office is in Oak Harbor, Washington. Oak Harbor is on Whidbey Island in the Puget Sound north and west of Seattle. We moved here in 1990 from Medford, Oregon. Martha was raised in Oak Harbor, so her roots go back a few years. We have enjoyed helping our 3 children graduate from Oak Harbor High School before they went on to the rest of their lives. We have good fellowship among the believers of several churches here on the Island. We are members of Lighthouse Christian Fellowship where we attend when we are not out and about.

Our Northeast home office and ministry center in is Preston, Connetticut. We opened this home office in the fall of 2005. We use the facility to reach out into the greater New England region, host leaders, and provide interactive workshops and times of joining together to seek the Lord. Having both homes and spheres of influence, that is the NW and the NE, makes us bi-coastal communters as we move back and forth between the two places

Darryl was born in Long Beach, California in 1947.
He moved many times as a child on the west coast. His folks finally settled in the Seattle area in time for him to go to high school and the University of Washington. Darryl was raised in a godless home and lived a godless life until 1970, when at age 23 he received the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal savior in Seattle, Washington, and began the new life of those who have been born again into the family of God. Three hours later he was powerfully baptized in the Holy Spirit. On an accelerated track, he was in full time ministry by 1973 in Portland, Oregon. He and Martha were married in 1974 and began their ministry together in Portland. Darryl and Martha continue to minister together, after all these years, through many changes and developments. Darryl's motto is "Best is Yet to Come!"

Martha was born in 1949 in Lucerne, Washington on Lake Chelan.
She was accompanied by her two sisters. As triplets, they were eventually adopted by Lloyd and Bertha Patton, who lived on Whidbey Island, and they were raised together there. When she was 9 years old, she accepted the Lord as her savior and was raised in church. She graduated from High School there, and went on to graduate from the University of Washington. She and Darryl met through church connections in Seattle, and where they both received their ministry training during an intense season where they not only learned about ministry but learned it through doing it. She joined Darryl in Portland, Oregon, after they were married, to help establish a new church. When they were married, they received their life-scripture and have been trying to stay true to it ever sense: "What ever He says to you, do it!"

Our Extended Family
We have three adult children, two daughters and one son. Each is very active in their churches and are involved variety of ministry efforts. All our children have known and loved the Lord since they were very young. Our two daughters are married to good men who love and serve the Lord. One of those is in full time ministry, the other owns his own landscape design business. Our son is still single. All are college graduates. As of May 2009 we have five grandchildren.
