Question: what aspects of your Ladies Retreats do your ladies find the longest lasting?
1.
Question: Do you think they enjoy the most? Long lasting for ladies retreats is probably the relationships that are built there.
2. Enjoy the most would be ministry time and time in groups discussing and praying for each other.
3.
Question: They would say “skip”? Skip I'm not sure about that one.

The thing that has been the most long lasting result of our retreats has been the rich, caring relationships that were begun or deepened on our retreats. Our gals love the "personal quiet time" with God, personal style communion, the prayer/ministry times where lasting healing and restoration took place, the extended free worship, and the times of fellowship the most. They also enjoyed the teachings and the pampering activities like massages. They like good beds and rooms with private bathrooms. They didn't like the time we were at a camp with 12 hard old army bunks, and a dark walk through the mud to the bathrooms. They could take or leave some of the craft type of activities, and games. The meals weren't all that important to them, but they preferred healthy choices for meals.
We'd like to recommend Warm Beach (motel style rooms, Camp Berachah Hillside Lodge with private bathrooms)

Question 1: Long lasting I assume to mean have the most lasting effect? I have heard numerous times over the years that the one on one time with other ladies is what has the most last effect.
Question 2: The fellowship was most likely enjoyed the most or the praise and worship.
Question 3: They would say skip the afternoon sessions. The fellowship seems to be more important and for those who don't get away much - they really need to just relax.

It seems like us ladies like to be comfortable! It seems like we all like to be together, yet enjoy our privacy. We like to feel pampered, but at an affordable rate. We enjoy eating good, but healthy meals. We want to worship, yet we enjoy free time to “do our own thing”. This seems like another aspect of the wonderful world of womanhood! Simple—but complex. I would encourage each of your fearless, faithful women who are in charge of planning your retreats—seek the Lord, follow His instructions and trust Him to help you put together a productive time for your ladies.
We all know what we do like, but God knows what we really need. As leaders, we need to meet the real needs of those we are called to minister to, not just their felt needs. May His grace flow into your lives as you seek Him to creatively blend the two together.
May He bless you to bring the right schedule, the right environment, and the right speakers/teachers to bless Him as well as each of your ladies.
