Can you help Lucy Leader grow in her life as a Christian Woman in leadership?

(Lucy Leader is the wife of Pastor Leader. She encounters many of the same challenges and obstacles that any woman in ministry leadership encounters. Perhaps you give some advice for our friend Lucy.)
Lucy also, has been struggling to find balance in her role as wife and mother, Christian Education director, and is also team leader with Pastor Leader. Their church has been growing, and she finds it difficult at times not to feel as though she is competing for her husband’s attention. What are some ways you could suggest to Lucy to deal with her feelings, as well as still support their team call to the church?
